Order Processing

Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

Available for same-day collection on orders placed before 4pm.
Free collection between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Photographic ID (passport or driver's license) and proof of order confirmation required for pickup.
Orders must be collected within 7 working days.

UK Shipping

UK Standard: 1 to 2 business days, £10* for orders up to £1000 + £2.50 per additional £250.
Northern Ireland: 1 to 3 business days, £10* for orders up to £500 + £10 per additional £500.
Republic of Ireland: 2 to 7 business days, £10 for up to 10kg + £2.50 per additional 5kg.
Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey): 1 to 5 working days, £35 for up to 10kg + £5 per additional 5kg.

Additional Information

Potential Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to remote locations, customs, or general courier issues.
Taxes & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged once the goods arrive in the destination country.
Unpaid Duties: If duties are not paid and the package is returned, we reserve the right to charge return shipment fees and a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Shipping Weight: Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions or weight, whichever is greater.
Exclusions: We do not ship to PO boxes, and additional charges may apply for remote or extended regions.
