Return Policy

If you need to return any stock, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods, and complete the returns form with your order number, name, address, product description, and reason for return.

For faulty or damaged items, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, along with a photo of the fault. Please ensure all returns are sent in their original, undamaged packaging using a second-class recorded delivery*, with a debit note enclosed.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage while returns are in transit with third parties, nor do we cover return postage costs. Once we receive the returned items, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for unwanted goods, but credits may be applied to future orders with My Winners Direct if applicable.

Refunds may take 7–14 working days to appear in your account.
