WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- Our payment gateway features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR DESPATCH TIME ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE?
All orders on Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) before 4.30pm will be sent out the same day, orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed the next working day.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SEND MY ORDER?
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
DO YOU ALLOW LOCAL COLLECTION?
Yes, we allow for local collection and our showroom is based in Manchester.
CAN I USE MY OWN COURIER SERVICE?
Yes, you may use your own courier service. Please place your order and select the pick up option and please send us an email providing all details so we can make necessary arrangements.
