9. Delivery

• Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the goods are delivered.

10. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
• We do not accept returns for unwanted items unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received.

• If the cancellation is received after dispatch, you may be liable for a £30 administrative fee.
